Welcome to Meyt! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Meyt application (“App”) and services (“Services”). By accessing or using Meyt, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Meyt.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Account Registration
- Information Accuracy: Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Account Security: Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- One Account: You may not share your account or create multiple accounts for the same purpose.

- Prohibited Content: Do not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on others’ rights.
- No Commercial Use: Do not use Meyt for unauthorized commercial activities.
4. Safety and Interactions
- Personal Responsibility: Exercise caution in interactions. Meyt does not conduct background checks on users.
- Reporting Misconduct: Report any abusive or inappropriate behavior through the app’s reporting features.
5. Subscription and Payments
- Premium Features: Some features require a subscription. Details are provided within the App.
- Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Manage your subscription through your account settings.
- Refunds: Refund policies are subject to applicable laws and platform-specific terms (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
6. Content Rights
- Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post but grant Meyt a license to use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Meyt’s Content: Meyt owns all rights to its content and trademarks. Do not use them without permission.
7. Account Termination
- By You: You may delete your account at any time.
- By Meyt: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.
8. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees: Meyt provides the Services “as is” without warranties.
- Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
- Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except for matters that can be taken to small claims court.

- Updates: We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Meyt constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
